These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 23taka platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 23taka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 23taka online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://23taka.com and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the same platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 23taka platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
23taka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, 23taka will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.
Governing Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation into any other language, the English version of this document shall prevail in all circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the 23taka Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full contractual framework between you and 23taka. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any specific game or promotional rules, the specific rules will take precedence for the matter to which they specifically apply, and this Agreement will govern in all other respects.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ ONLY. The 23taka platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow persons under the age of 18 to participate in gambling activities. 23taka takes this obligation seriously and enforces it without exception.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active 23taka account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is not subject to any exception.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
- You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, company, or entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 23taka employee or contractor in a role that would give rise to a conflict of interest.
- You have not previously had a 23taka account closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable responsible gaming policy.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 23taka or any affiliated gaming platform.
23taka reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point where a concern about eligibility arises. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to 23taka's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed, with all funds returned subject to applicable verification requirements.
3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account on the 23taka platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation, with any balances forfeited in accordance with the anti-fraud provisions of this Agreement.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number registered to you in Bangladesh. You must not use fictitious details, another person's information, or deliberately inaccurate data at any point during registration or in any subsequent account update.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 23taka will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 23taka and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately to [email protected].
You must notify 23taka immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 23taka accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has shared their login details with a third party.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
23taka operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any point determined necessary by the 23taka compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.
Acceptable KYC documents include: Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued birth certificate. Supporting proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within 90 days may also be requested.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 23taka platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 23taka does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond 23taka's control.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
23taka currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without advance notice. The current list of supported methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set for each payment method individually and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of each transaction. These limits may be adjusted by 23taka at any time. Players with higher transaction volume requirements may contact the support team to discuss options subject to successful completion of enhanced verification.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have completed all applicable verification requirements are processed by the 23taka finance team within the timeframes indicated for each payment method in the Cashier. 23taka is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. 23taka reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
4.4 Currency and Source of Funds
All funds deposited to 23taka must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source and that you are the authorised account holder for the payment method used. 23taka may request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
23taka offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to Bangladesh, such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with this section.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Each player may claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and bonus expiry periods are all specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- 23taka reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the integrity of the promotion has been compromised.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonus immediately voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for suspension or permanent closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activity on the 23taka platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section. The following general provisions apply to all betting and gaming activity across the platform.
6.1 Sportsbook Betting
Odds for all sporting events, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championships, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, are set by 23taka and may be changed at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked for that bet. 23taka reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently postponed, cancelled, or abandoned according to the specific sport's settlement rules.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games on the 23taka platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by the game's respective provider — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, or another partner studio. The outcome of each game round is determined entirely by the RNG. 23taka does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session or bet.
6.3 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming or Ezugi. These games are subject to additional rules specific to each table variant, which are displayed within the live game interface. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void a placed bet; bets already confirmed by the system before disconnection remain valid and are settled according to the game outcome.
6.4 Malfunction Voids All Play
In the event of a software, hardware, or network malfunction that affects the integrity of a game outcome, 23taka reserves the right to void all bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. This includes situations where incorrect odds, pay tables, or game configurations are displayed due to a technical error. No liability will attach to 23taka for losses arising from a genuine technical malfunction.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 23taka platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using a stolen or third-party payment method, or misrepresenting your identity or age in any way.
- Money Laundering: Using the 23taka platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their unlawful origin or integrating illicit funds into the financial system.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
- Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple accounts or platforms in a coordinated manner designed specifically to exploit pricing discrepancies and guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, at the expense of the platform.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
- Exploiting Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or misconfigured game settings, and failing to notify 23taka of such errors promptly.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account when under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through 23taka customer support.
23taka employs monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 23taka may freeze the account immediately, withhold any withdrawal request pending investigation, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of balances where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your 23taka account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 23taka will process the closure within a reasonable time. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no investigation is pending.
8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
If you are requesting account closure specifically because you feel your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic, 23taka strongly encourages you to initiate a formal self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion provides additional protections, including blocking marketing communications and preventing re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. 8.3 Closure by 23taka
23taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- A player is found to be under the age of 18.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
- A player's use of the platform is determined to pose a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 23taka.
- A player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
Where an account is closed by 23taka for reasons other than a confirmed breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, 23taka reserves the right to withhold balances in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement.
8.4 Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 23taka's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 23taka accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
